Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all accessories & lifestyle orders in Canada & USA. All other countries will have a flat shipping rate of $45.00
Shipping options and costs are preset at checkout.
Please allow up to a week for processing in addition to shipping time.
Including processing time, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping within Canada and the USA, and 2-3 weeks for international orders. Thank you for your patience.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
We understand that adding tracking for international orders (outside of Canada or the USA) comes at a high additional cost, which is why there is the option to send your order without tracking.
FIKSE Wheels is not responsible for any potential customs duties or import taxes, which will be collected, if applicable, at the time of delivery.
Lifestyle Return Policy
If you’re unhappy with your order, or if your order is damaged in transit, contact us as soon as your package arrives so that we can reach a resolution together.
Refunds on unworn pieces will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges will only be honoured if they are arranged within one week of receiving the package.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and that refunds will only go through after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
Order Terms
Fikse Wheels are manufactured on a custom, made to order basis and built to each customers unique specifications.
Before each order is produced we require detailed build information from each customer to ensure our build information matches the customers requirements and specifications. A quote / sales order is sent to each customer for approval prior to charging order in full. Customers approval is required (via E-mail or approval by payment).
Fikse Wheels Ltd takes every precaution to ensure each custom order is built according to the customers specifications. Since each order is unique and made to order for the customer, Fikse Wheels Ltd are not eligible for Returns or Refunds. If wheels are driven on a race track no warranty. Orders may be cancelled within five business days of accepting the sales order. There will be a 25% restocking fee.
