At Fikse, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products, that’s why we offer the best warranty in the business.

 

The following situations will not be covered under this warranty:

Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage to wheels in transit, off highway use, racing in any form, or by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.

Wheels that have been altered or repaired.
03
Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with Fikse Wheels instructions or installed on incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.
04
Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents. Climate conditions or neglect.
05
Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase or have been sold as a blemished product.

Warranty Coverage

FIKSE Wheels warrants to the first consumer/purchaser that their North American forged wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use for 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferrable. Wheel registration is required to validate warranty. FIKSE Wheels obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at FIKSE Wheels sole discretion. Any and all repair work will be performed at the FIKSE Wheels factory, unless specific pre-approval is given to an authorized FIKSE Wheel dealer.

IMPORTANT: All defects returns will be reviewed by quality control personnel and any defects not found to be FIKSE Wheels responsibility will not be covered under warranty.
Appearance defects will not be honored if:

Damage occurred during the mounting.

Improper maintenance or improper cleaning agents other than those recommended in the cleaning instructions supplied with each aluminum wheel.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO THE WHEELS AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE HEARBY EXCLUDED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND / OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
